International payment system Visa has аnnounced the emergence of a new project that will allow Popmoney to send and receive money to / from the Visa card worldwide from the second half of 2011.
Users will be able to send payments from one account to another using a 16-digit account number, email address or telephone number.
Unfortunately there still be restrictions on the country (U.S. only) and for personal use only (p2p), but given the prevalence of Visa’s worldwide, not just around the corner to use this system for commercial purposes, as well as access to it for users in other countries.
