Hotmail serves out once-used e-mail adresses

Statistically each person uses three e-mails.  Advanced geeks add to it lots of temporal or onced-used addresses. Once-used emails are needed constantly: for registration in different services or to lay out on a forum. Right after the use it is possible to destroy and forget such address.

Former, one had to use exotic services such as Dispostable, Pepbot, TempAlias or Sneakemail for this. However such an adress looks stranged and it can be blocked on the forum, where you lesve it. But now the new normal method. The developers of Windows Live Hotmailhave made advances for users and started onced-used adress option (alies).

Former Hotmail only had a function of  e-mail enlargement with help of«+» sign, i.e. you could add any word after <+>,and this mail automatically got into the separate folder titled with that word. For example, the mail from adress doctor-smith+birzha@live.com got into the folder «birzha», and mail from adress doctor-smith+zhena@live.com — in the folder «zhena», etc. Certainly this method didn’t save from spammers, which easily estimated adress doctor-smith@live.com.

In its turn, alias allow creating absolutely new e-mail adress, the letters from which will get into separate folder in Windows Live e-mail. So, you shouldn’t register again and all alias are served by one service.  Hotmail allows creating po to  five alias per year, maximum 15.

It turned out that Hotmail are still apt to innovations. Well, it’s great thing! We are waiting when the same appears at Gmail.
